All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked services. Standard shipping is free on all orders of £50 or more.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may be affected by carrier delays or customs clearance. We currently do not ship to Australia, New Zealand, or Japan. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer's responsibility where applicable.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 2pm UK time on working days are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2pm UK time or on weekends are dispatched the next working day

Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging. Lyophilised peptides are shipped with ice packs during warmer months to maintain product integrity during transit.
