Quality Assurance

Our Standards

Every product at Kingston Peptides undergoes rigorous quality control. We maintain strict standards from synthesis through to dispatch, ensuring researchers receive consistent, reliable compounds.

Testing Process

HPLC Purity Analysis

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is used to determine the purity of every batch. All peptides must meet or exceed 98% purity as determined by area-under-curve analysis.

Mass Spectrometry

Each batch is confirmed for molecular identity using mass spectrometry. This ensures the synthesised compound matches the expected molecular weight of the target peptide.

Visual Inspection

Lyophilised peptides are visually inspected for appearance, colour, and the absence of particulates. Consistent white to off-white powder indicates proper lyophilisation.

Certificate of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with every batch. The COA includes:

  • HPLC purity percentage
  • Molecular weight confirmation (mass spectrometry)
  • Visual appearance assessment
  • Batch number and manufacturing date
  • Storage recommendations

COAs are accessible on each product page under "Available Batches" or via the Batch Verification tool.

Storage & Handling

All products are stored under controlled conditions at -20C. Cold chain management is maintained throughout storage and dispatch. Temperature-sensitive shipments include insulation and cooling agents during warmer months.
