Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 August 2026
1. Introduction and Definitions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between Kingston Peptides, a trading name of Kingston Trade Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), and you ("you", "your", "Purchaser"). By accessing and using this website (kingstonpeptides.com) and placing orders for research compounds, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.
2. Contact
All correspondence should be directed to info@kingstonpeptides.com.
Kingston Trade Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Company No. 17291602.
3. Products and Research Use
All products sold by Kingston Peptides are intended exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory use. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any form of clinical application. You represent, warrant and confirm that you are a qualified research professional or are purchasing under the supervision of a qualified researcher.
Kingston Peptides makes no claims regarding the suitability of any product for any particular purpose beyond the specifications provided on the product page and associated certificates of analysis.
4. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. Prices are displayed in the selected currency. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or import charges will be shown at checkout or, where applicable, collected by the relevant customs authority. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of products. We accept payment via Pay by Bank (Fena Open Banking in pounds sterling for UK bank accounts, and Wallid in euros for bank accounts in Belgium, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain), international bank transfer (wire) in GBP, EUR, USD, SEK, DKK, NOK or PLN, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC or DAI) as displayed at checkout. Where you pay by cryptocurrency, the crypto amount displayed at the moment you place your order is locked for 15 minutes; if your payment has not been received within that window, the equivalent amount will be re-quoted at the prevailing exchange rate before dispatch.
5. Shipping and Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm UK time on business days are dispatched the same day where stock is available. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Kingston Peptides is not liable for delays caused by carrier services or customs clearance processes. For consumers, we remain responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession; nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products.
Delivery protection is an optional, paid add-on selected at checkout for a fee of £2.50 per order. Where you have purchased delivery protection and delivery takes longer than 10 business days after dispatch within the UK, 12 business days after dispatch within the EU, or 14 business days after dispatch in the rest of the world, we will refund your order or send a free replacement. This guarantee applies only to orders for which delivery protection was purchased and paid for; orders without delivery protection are not covered.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
If you are a consumer (as defined in section 2(3) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015), you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products, subject to the exceptions below. To exercise this right, contact us at info@kingstonpeptides.com.
Due to the nature of research chemicals, products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in resalable condition. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns; we will not charge you return postage for faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods.
Returns for products damaged in transit or that do not match published specifications are accepted regardless of seal status. Please notify us promptly, ideally within 7 days of delivery, by contacting info@kingstonpeptides.com with photographic evidence and order details. This requested notification period does not limit your statutory rights. Refunds are processed without undue delay, and in any event within 14 calendar days of the later of receiving your cancellation notice or, where relevant, the goods back in our possession. Refunds for Pay by Bank payments will be returned to the bank account used at checkout: in pounds sterling for UK (Fena) payments, and in euros for European (Wallid) payments. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed in GBP, calculated at the GBP value of the original transaction on the day the order was paid. Refunds for bank transfer (wire) payments will be returned to your bank account, in the original payment currency where possible; where that is not possible, the refund will be issued in pounds sterling at the exchange rate prevailing on the date of the refund. We will contact you to confirm the account details to use for the refund. Where you prefer it, or where a return to the original method is not possible, refunds may instead be issued as store credit (refund credit on your account balance, applied automatically to future orders) or, by prior arrangement, by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Store-credit refunds are typically available within 1-2 business days of approval.
Independent Testing Guarantee
This commercial guarantee applies to purchases of BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295 with DAC, CJC-1295 without DAC, Ipamorelin, Semax, Selank, MT1, MT2, NAD+, and Glutathione. It is separate from, and does not limit, any statutory rights or the ordinary returns and refunds provisions in these Terms.
You may arrange an independent purity test with Janoshik or Finnrick. Contacting us before testing is recommended so that we can help confirm the sample and process, but prior notice is not required for a claim. The test must be a purity test of a product purchased from us; other tests or analyses are not covered by this guarantee.
For a valid claim, we will reimburse 80% of the documented purity-test cost, up to a maximum of £500 (or the equivalent amount in the payment currency), and 100% of reasonable, documented shipping costs directly related to the test. Shipping must use a trackable service where one is reasonably available.
We will also refund the purchase price of the tested vial and the original shipping charge for the order, regardless of the test result. This does not include other, untested vials or products purchased in the same order. No return of the tested vial is required.
To make a claim, email info@kingstonpeptides.com within 30 calendar days of receiving the complete laboratory report. Include your order number and purchase details, evidence linking the tested sample to your order, the laboratory invoice or receipt, the complete report, and receipts or tracking records for claimed shipping costs.
We will review a complete claim and process any valid reimbursement or refund within 60 calendar days. We may reasonably validate the order, sample identity, report authenticity, laboratory records, and costs. Claims may be declined where evidence is altered, incomplete, duplicated, relates to an unrelated sample, or indicates dishonest or abusive use of the guarantee.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming goods. If this guarantee conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right applies.
7. Quality Assurance
All products are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) confirming HPLC-verified purity of 99% or higher unless otherwise stated on the product page. Kingston Peptides maintains strict quality control procedures and reserves the right to substitute alternative batch numbers of equivalent specifications where necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingston Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of any products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product shall not exceed 100% of the contract value or our insured amount (whichever is greater).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Indemnification
You are responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products. This includes claims made by third parties against us arising from your actions, and any reasonable legal costs we incur in connection with such claims.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Kingston Peptides or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
11. Force Majeure
Kingston Peptides shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, government actions, regulatory changes, supply chain disruptions, carrier failures, or utility outages. The affected party shall notify the other party promptly of the occurrence of any such event and shall use reasonable endeavours to mitigate its effects. If the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected order without liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Alternative Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@kingstonpeptides.com so that we can try to resolve it. You may also seek independent advice from Citizens Advice or an appropriate UK-certified alternative dispute resolution provider.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall, to the minimum extent necessary, be deemed deleted from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to Terms
Kingston Peptides reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. For registered account holders, we will notify you of material changes by email before they take effect. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
