6. Your purchase and use of products complies with all applicable laws
7. You are not located in a jurisdiction where such products are prohibited
8. You will not resell or transfer products to unqualified individuals

All products sold by Kingston Peptides are classified as research chemicals intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes.

Research Use Prohibition

Products are strictly prohibited from human or animal consumption, medical use, diagnostic procedures, therapeutic applications, or any in vivo application whatsoever. Products are not approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any regulatory authority for any use.

Permitted Use: Products may only be used for legitimate in vitro laboratory research purposes by qualified researchers in appropriate laboratory settings.

Quality Standards: All products are manufactured in compliance with cGMP regulations and undergo rigorous analytical testing. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting purity, identity, and batch information is provided with each order.

Order Placement & Acceptance

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason without liability.

Payment

We accept cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin and Ethereum). All payments must be received in full before orders are processed. You are responsible for all transaction fees and cryptocurrency price fluctuations between order placement and payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are prohibited.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for any reason. However, we stand behind our quality commitment:

1. If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence
2. If purity falls below 98% as documented in the COA, we provide replacement or full refund
3. All quality claims must include the original COA and photographic documentation
4. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days to the original payment method.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingston Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of products. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingston Peptides, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
