Returns & Refunds Policy

Important: All products sold by Kingston Peptides are for research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, medical use, or any form of in-vivo application. This policy is designed to comply with UK consumer protection law while maintaining the safety and integrity requirements of research chemicals.

1. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described
  • Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — 14-day cancellation right for online purchases
  • Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 — protection against misleading practices

2. Cancellation Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer (as defined in section 2(3) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015), you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products, subject to the exceptions below. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].

Exception: Due to the nature of research chemicals, products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. Returns of Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Returns for products damaged in transit or that do not match published specifications are accepted regardless of seal status. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting [email protected] with photographic evidence and order details.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed without undue delay, and in any event within 14 calendar days of the later of receiving your cancellation notice or, where relevant, the goods back in our possession. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed in GBP, calculated at the GBP value of the original transaction on the day the order was paid.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened products — once a product has been unsealed after delivery, it cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons
  • Reconstituted products — peptides that have been mixed with bacteriostatic water or any solvent
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Products returned after 14 days
  • Custom or special-order items

7. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include: Order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged)
  3. Wait for instructions: We respond with return instructions
  4. Ship the product: Use a tracked delivery service to the address provided
  5. Refund processed: Within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods or cancellation notice

8. Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return authorisation email. Do not send returns to our trading address without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may be refused.

9. Quality Assurance

All products are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA). If you believe a product does not meet its stated specification, contact us at [email protected].
